Fitness Memes That Are Way Too Relatable

I see you, out here on a new fitness or weight loss journey.  Maybe you are starting something new like running or powerlifting.  Maybe you are picking up an old interest like pilates, or basketball.  Now you are in the midst of your new training sessions and feeling pulled in two ways.  You want to train.  You don’t want to train.  Here are some relatable fitness memes to get you through those moments when you are just about to head to the gym but can’t quite make it off the couch.

Maybe it would have been easier if you had more sleep last night.

 

Cutting carbs and working out can lead to some serious mood swings.

They are either staring at me because I’m hot or I am doing this wrong.

You’re terrified, but this is the person who is supposed to be taking care of you, right?

The quality of sleep from 5am-8am is just too good to pass up!

I’m pretty sure my husband would lose 5 pounds just by having the thought “I need to lose a bit of weight”.  Then I would gain it, haha.

Bread, cookies, potatoes, lists 96 more carbs.

With this logic I need to drink about 6 gallons of water right now.

The trick is being able to get the new clothes on AND make it to the gym.

 

It really just depends on my mood to be honest with ya.

 

I’m just going to run the treadmill for 20 minutes.  Or maybe 2 minutes is enough…..

If only I didn’t have to be at work until 10:00am.

 

I could have sworn I have done at least a mile by now.

Do I smell nacho cheese doritos?

Peanut butter pretty much puts me to bed at night y’all.

The. absolute. worst.
